London based Fitness Trainer
I am a Fitness Trainer in West London with a BSc in Sport Studies and a Personal Trainer accreditation. I use fun, creative workouts to achieve results for a variety of clients including the 2016 X Factor contestants and cast members of 'Made in Cheslea.' On this site you will find a selection of my workouts and recipe ideas in addition to information regarding 1-1 or Group personal training sessions and personalised plans. My philospophy is about creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle that ensures continuous development in health and fitness. 
Fitness and Nutrition
My training methods and exercises are challenging but achievable to make you work hard, but feel a sense of accomplishment upon completion. Combining HIIT with strength training, I look to improve total fitness whilst supporting you in achieving your goals. Im a big believer in that healthy food should still be enjoyable, and therefore the meal plans and recipe ideas I create ensure you will be satisfied after each meal. My HIIT Camp' takes place every Saturday morning from 9am - 10am at BBO Studios (Battersea Reach). Through the use of HIIT exercises, plyometrics (bodyweight resistance training), music and motivation from myself, it's the perfect way to kickstart your weekend.
